Digital Products
Digital products (eBooks and audiobooks) are delivered electronically after purchase. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the digital content for your own private, non-commercial use. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason:
- Physical products (paperback): You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. The book must be returned in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.
- Digital products (eBook, audiobook): Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refund requests for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us if you experience any issues.
